Provider Setup

Overview

The WhatsApp Verification provider in Lutastore enables seamless integration for sending verification messages and notifications via WhatsApp. This section outlines the setup process, connection status, and test message functionality.

Steps to Set Up WhatsApp Provider

• Navigate to the WhatsApp Provider Page

  • Go to Services > Providers > WhatsApp from the dashboard.

• Connect WhatsApp

  • If the provider is not connected, follow the on-screen instructions to authenticate and link your WhatsApp account.
  • Login will be done via QR Code: Scan the QR code displayed on the screen using your WhatsApp mobile app to complete the connection.
  

• Check Connection Status

  • The system will display "WhatsApp Connected" when the provider is successfully linked.

• Verify Connection Details

  • The page displays:
    • WhatsApp Number linked to the provider.
    • Provider Name (e.g., Sonotrix).
    • Last Connection Time for tracking updates.
  

• Send a Test Message

  • Enter a test WhatsApp number in the provided field.
  • Click "Send Test Message" to verify if the integration is working.

• Logout from WhatsApp (If Needed)

  • Click "Logout From WhatsApp" to disconnect the provider.
